句子成分分析

句子成分是指句子的组成成分，也叫句法成分。在句子中，词与词之间有一定的组合关系，按照不同的关系，可以把句子分为不同的组成成分。句子成分由词或词组充当。汉语： 现代汉语里一般的句子成分有八种，即主语、谓语、宾语、动语，定语、状语，补语和中心语。英语：句子的组成部分，包括主语、谓语、宾语、表语、定语、状语、补足语和同位语八种。另外，古代汉语中的׏p>

responsible for their department's documents，它是后置定语，修饰宾语one, 把它还原成完整的定语从句并省略掉状语会比较清楚：
I selected one who is responsible for their department's documents.
从面还原的句子可以很容易判断出这个one 是指人，因为后面有物主代词their.
handed in to ensure the ultimate qualification.这段实际上也是从定语从句简化而来的过去分词后置定语，它的先行词是documents. 还原来的句子如下：
I selected one who is responsible for their department's documents which were handed in to ensure the ultimate qualification.
通过上面的句子就能理清逻辑，这句话的意思是：从每个部门负责上交申请某种资质所需要文件的人里选一个人。当然它也可以是某物，没有上下文我只能通过这句话本身判断它是指人。
造成这句话不好理解的主因并不是从句而是状语的位置，因为这句话的从句本身并不复杂，逻辑也不是难理清。但因为状语放在了先行词与从句之间，导致上下文的衔接不是特别连贯或者说顺口，所以此句的语法结构不是一目了然就能看清楚的。

确定句子没错？这应该是一个由but
引导的并列句，但后面的那句话中的谓语哪去了，没动词知道么？只有一个who引导的主语从句有谓语。我认为这是一个病句。
